So, let's be real. Ever since Doritos used a screaming goat in their Super Bowl ad, we've been kind of obsessed with screaming goats. Don't try to deny it. You know you laugh hysterically every time that ad pops up on TV or the YouTube video pops up on your newsfeed. Well have I got something new for you...
Thanks to my seester who spent the weekend at the Jump Dance Convention in Dallas this weekend, I learned about this little gem from a tweet earlier today (or maybe late yesterday...?).
I definitely think it's funnier depending on your love/hate relationship with T-Swizzle, so I'm sorry if you love her and find this offensive, I think its' one of the best things ever. (I like T-Swifty but she's getting to be a little much for me).

#VDayMugSwap
I posted a few weeks ago about a cute valentines day swap I was participating in: the #VDayMugSwap hosted by Caroline and Alissa! It's finally time to show you my ADORABLE new mug! My swap partner, Niki, TOTALLY got me.
I don't know if you've noticed, but Niki noticed that I. Love. Corgis. (And obviously have the most adorbs corgi ever.) She found me this amazeballs cute mug with corgis all over it! One of them even looks like Nappy! I may or may not have squealed with delight when I opened it. The mug was also filled with Hershey Kisses, one of my favorite candies! And of course, she included a super cute card with a sweet little note.

Bravo, Niki! I'm a huge fan of my package, I hope you enjoyed your's too!
Happy Valentine's Day, everyone!

Sunday Social
I'm linking up again for Sunday Social! This week is all about growing up and teenager-dom. You know you've been dying to know all about my teenage years.
1. What was your first car? My 16th birthday was on Mother's Day and I went to camp 3 weeks later so I was totally convinced I wouldn't get a car until July when I got home from camp. When we were out for my birthday/Mother's Day my card from my dad had a picture of my car in it! I was SHOCKED. For two years I was the proud driver of a 1992 Dodge Spirit.
2. Who was your favorite childhood teacher? I have a few, but I mainly like them because they're easy to make fun of. I know it sounds AWFUL, but seriously, if you had had these teachers, you'd make fun of them too.
3. Were you involved in any sports/extracurricular activities? Share pictures if you can! In late elementary school I played Upward Basketball (my first sport ever, y'all). In middle school I played tennis and volleyball and was pretty terrible at both, but I still love them. Then in high school, I focused on dancing and senior year I was on drill team (or dance team for you non-Southerners). Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures online... Bummer.
4. What was your favorite birthday party? That is an excellent question. My 7th grade/13th birthday party was pretty awesome. My middle school bestie's birthday was a week after mine and another of our friend's birthdays was in June so we had a triple pool party at said bestie's grandparents' house. Then all the girls were invited to stay at her house for a sleep over. We had a blast.
5. Who was your teen celebrity crush? There have been MANY. Orland Bloom, Heath Ledger (RIP), Freddie Prinze Jr, Zach Hanson, JC Chasez, Nick Carter, and I'm sure there are others...
6. What show/movie did your parents not allow you to watch? Anything on MTV (ie Celebrity Death Match), but I still ended up seeing it somehow. And Titanic. I was definitely in like 4th grade when that came out and one or two of my friends saw it and the rest of us couldn't. Very upsetting.

High Five!
It's Friday again which means I'm linking up for H5fF! It's a good time, right? Right!
one: My poor baby got some sort of skin infection last week either while he was boarded or at pet manners class. He felt AWFUL all weekend, but after a trip to the vet Monday he's on the mend! Having a sick pet is just miserable. I felt terrible for Nappy, but I'm SO happy he's feeling better.
two: I got my first flu shot ever in my lifetime. Ever. I went to the Dr. Tuesday and she's been pressing me to get a flu shot/the nasal spray for the past few months years and I told her if they had the tiny short little needle I'd get it. So now I need your applause because despite it being a teeny tiny needle, I'm still quite needlephobic. And it really wasn't that bad, but still - show me love! Please?
three: I got my package from the #VDayMugSwap! My partner, Niki, totally got me! My mug is SO cute and I can't wait to show it off next week in the #VDayMugSwap link up!
four: National Signing Day was Wednesday and TCU picked up some pretty great recruits. I can't wait for football season, especially now that its over. Can you believe there's something in this world that actually makes people look forward to the fall (school and all... Oh yea, hopefully I'll be back in school, too. I sent in my application to my TOP grad school this week. Please oh PLEASE accept me!)?!
five: And on Wednesday, TCU (read: worst basketball team in the Big 12, hadn't won a Big 12 basketball game, complete opposite of TCU's football team in the W/L column) BEAT (handily, never trailing behind them) #5 ranked Kansas. IN BASKETBALL. 62-55, I think was the final score. I had to take a picture of the students rushing the court on TV, hence the terrible picture. It's absolute insanity.
What were the highlights of your week?

OCD
Obsessive Corgi Disorder. If you're new around here, this is the official diagnosis for my obsession with my dog and all other of his breed, the corgi. They're the most hilariously cute breed of dog, ever.
Anyway, I follow a blog and two tumblrs dedicated to the awesomeness of corgis and both posted this the other day...
According to this, my corgi name would be Lord Peanut Frapenstein. I love it. It totally fits me.
Are you obsessed with corgis (or any other specific dog breed)? What's your corgi name?
FACT: "Corgi Flop" is the YouTube video that inspired the OCD and my NEED for a corgi puppy in my life. Look it up. Laugh hysterically. |

The Tears of Small Children
So I caught a cold from one of my friends. Honestly, this is the fastest I've ever kicked a cold's ass and I'm waiting for it to come back (knock on wood, it doesn't!). Anyway, whilst taking my cold medicine cocktail this week I decided someone needs to make chocolate flavored cough syrup.
Maybe not chocolate flavored, but just not death and the tears of small children... Am I right?

Gif Love
I think we've all fallen in love with all these gifs. I definitely can relate to Ted Mosby in this gif. I think it's hilarious! (And while somewhat true, I have hope that soon my life will be headed out of east Texas for grad school! Woooo!)
