Instagram 365 (+1): February

I just remembered to recap my February photos!

February started with the family celebrating my baby sister's 18th birthday at the inaugural Wednesday night family dinner.

One weekend, Nappy and I went to stay with one of my besties, Katie, and we got to go over to the Fort Worth dog park to play with Paris and Ollie (my Amanda friends' dogs).

My dad celebrated his birthday and I instagrammed a picture of us from 12 years ago (almost half my life!).

Feb 13, 2012 - my dad's birthday (this is us 12 years ago)!

My mommy's birthday was later that week, too! We celebrated earlier in the week by seeing Ailey II.

And a few days ago, my sister and I got FREE pancakes at IHOP for lunch.

LEAP DAY + Oh, How Pinteresting!

HAPPY LEAP DAY!!! I hope you have a fabulous extra day and do something really fun and memorable. Last Leap Day I was a sophomore in college and the Christian sorority I was in held a Tacky 80s Prom. It was awesome. We definitely went to a mall before to take pictures. And I most definitely got a legitimate compliment on my dress (borrowed from my mom, she thinks she wore it to a Queen's Ball for the last Rose Fest before I was in any sort of existence, aka '86).

My date, Kyle, who recently got engaged. He is sporting a Hannah Montana wig that got our group followed by a TON of 12-yr-olds despite his being close to 6ft and having facial hair.
